Do we have any warranties or guarantees?
Yes a 3 year workmanship guarantee
What guarantees can you offer that the job will be finished on time?
Our contract is designed to address most of your questions upfront. If your project doesn't start within 30 days of the estimated date, you have the option to cancel and receive a full refund.
Do we need permits?
Depends on location of the job. A lot of city's/ municipalities require a permit and we can help with that.
Do I need to get a survey of my property?
Initially, we attempt to locate existing property stakes. If these markers are missing or displaced, we reference the parcel map and position the fence approximately 12 inches inside the property line to ensure compliance and avoid encroachment. For clients who want precise placement to the property line, we can point you to a reliable surveying company.
Do we need to call diggers hotline?
No, we will take care of that for you.
What happens if utilities are in the way?
We offer hand-digging services for a nominal fee to ensure precise fence placement. To reduce costs, the fence can be positioned approximately 18 inches to either side of the marked line.
